Would you like your property drawn?

Would your property look good drawn in my style? I welcome commissions for fine line, black and white drawings of homes and gardens.

Even if you are planning minor changes to your property, my pen is infinitely quicker than builders, nature and even (with respect) homeowners! And, of course, I can draw in perpetual summer. Importantly, my style also reduces superbly for printing occasion cards and stationery etc.

Prices start at £250 and if you would like a firm quotation, simply e-mail me a low resolution jpeg image of your property to info@drawingsofkent.co.uk. If you’re happy with the price I would then ask you for whatever HIGH resolution images I would need to give you the best result. You will appreciate that if I can’t see the detail, I can’t draw it.

Your finished original artwork would be on board of approximately 16"x 20" (40cm x 50cm). It would be created on thick Schoellershammer G4 fine line illustration board - the best quality in the world - and delivered to you by Special Delivery (UK mainland) or by Airmail and ‘signed for’ outside the UK.

As an extra thought, such a drawing could make a unique and stunning surprise gift that would remain with someone special for their lifetime.
